Aggregating Feedback for Accurate Self-Reflection

A report is generated for every assessment, providing a structured summary of the feedback collected. The report is first created once at least three participants have completed the assessment, ensuring a diverse and balanced range of perspectives. As more participants contribute, the report is continuously updated and regenerated, incorporating new insights into the overall analysis. It features traits and behaviors ranked by their importance, highlighting the most frequently observed patterns to give the recipient a clear understanding of their strengths and areas for growth. To ensure reliability and focus, only behaviors reported by at least two participants are included in the report. This dynamic approach ensures the report evolves with each additional submission, offering a progressively refined and accurate view of the feedback.

How Anonymity is Maintained

Anonymity is a core principle of the assessment process, ensuring participants can provide honest feedback without fear of identification. To achieve this, at least three participants must complete the assessment before a report is generated, creating a diverse pool of feedback. Additionally, only behaviors selected by two or more participants are included in the report, further masking individual responses. To enhance privacy, random noise is added to the report data, subtly obscuring specific details and making it impossible to trace feedback back to any single participant. This robust system ensures that all insights remain confidential while preserving their overall accuracy and value.
